At REVEL, owner Jim Doukas set out to provide the Long Island community with something new and unique. Inspired by Manhattan dining, his vision was to create an experience that would offer a cosmopolitan vibe, but without the commute into the city. REVEL’s open-air space, mosaic-tiled floor, and large bar and cocktail seating area creates a sophisticated, yet unpretentious, urban energy. Just behind the wall of the lively bar sits a traditional dining room, allowing guests to experience a variety of concepts within REVEL’s four walls . A large window separates the dining room from the kitchen, allowing guests to witness the showmanship of our talented chefs.
