REVEL Restaurant & Bar owner Jim Doukas was determined to provide the local community with something new and unique when he decided to open a new restaurant in Long Island. Inspired by upscale restaurants in Manhattan, his vision was to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience that would offer a cosmopolitan vibe without the long commute into the city.
